Job Description

- Effectively & timely lead team into generating the planned sales target on an " Initial Screening Basic" and channeling same to the relevant SME division head.- Coordinate with the relevant division head to identify market opportunities and conduct initial market screening, and capture potential SME clients aiming to enhance the business growth and profitability, targeting a growing market share and a healthy portfolio.- To ensure growth in the balance sheet while ensuring service delivery to these clients the interaction with other departments
