Senior Relationship Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager (RM/SRM) to join our Wholesale/Corporate Banking team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and growing client relationships in the Abu Dhabi market, with strong knowledge of local industries, financial products, and market dynamics.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients across key sectors.Develop new business opportunities by leveraging market knowledge and professional networks in Abu Dhabi.Structure, present, and execute financing solutions aligned with clients’ business needs and the bank’s credit appetite.Ensure high standards of client servicing, relationship management, and portfolio monitoring.Work closely with product teams (trade finance, treasury, investment, etc.) to provide comprehensive solutions.Maintain compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree/CFA is a plus).Minimum 5–10 years of experience in wholesale/corporate banking, with prior experience in the Abu Dhabi market being essential.Strong client network in Abu Dhabi with established business relationships.Solid knowledge of credit analysis, structuring, and local banking regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred but not mandatory.
