Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Resident Engineer located in Ras Al Khaimah. The Senior Resident Engineer will oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Responsibilities include project management, coordination with clients, contractors, and design teams, compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and progress monitoringProficiency in engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD and RevitAbility to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design teamsExperience in conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codesBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of local building codes and regulations in Ras Al KhaimahMinimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
