Job Description

Heinemann – BBM is looking for Senior Retail Operations Specialist for our Travel Retail business at Noida Airport, India. You will be responsible for integrating and executing three critical business functions – retail operations, cash management and workforce planning for our newly opened retail stores – ensuring a seamless store operation while effectively communicating to various stakeholders.As a Senior Retail Operations Specialist, you will :coordinate store activities according to agreed plans to support new store openings, maintenance, layout optimization, and supervise execution of visual merchandising plans.support the Retail Operations Manager in daily operational tasks to ensure store consistency, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.manage cash handling protocols and reconcile cash collections across stores, ensuring adherence to internal controls and financial audit requirements.liaise with banking partners for cash transport, deposits, and treasury services as needed, working closely with the Finance team.develop and maintain workforce scheduling models in partnership with the People & Culture team to optimize labor costs, productivity, recruitment, onboarding, and training.analyze business and operational trends, forecast staffing needs, and implement analytics tools to generate actionable insights for leadership.inspire and motivate retail teams to achieve objectives, drive engagement, and support growth and capability-building within the function.What you should bring along :a Degree in Business Administration with over 8 years of hands-on experience in retail operations, including a minimum of 3 years in team leadership and stakeholder management.demonstrates strong commercial acumen and market awareness, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends. Skilled in delivering accurate insights and actionable recommendations to drive business performance.exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.highly organized and methodical in prioritizing tasks based on business needs. Applies logical and analytical thinking to problem-solving, with a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to decision-making.a pronounced can-do attitude, with keen attention to details, high level of accuracy and complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
