Senior Solution Sales Specialist – Energy Sector (Remote, CEE)Employment type: Permanent, Full Time (40 h/week); no B2B possibleTerritory: Central & Eastern EuropeReporting to: Director of Sales for EnergyAbout the Company:Our client is a global manufacturer of advanced network technologies, with strong presence in the USA and the DACH-region, now accelerating their growth in the Central & Eastern European (CEE) region. Their solutions span high-performance connectivity, network infrastructure and full project-led engagements for large end-users in the energy sector.Your Role:As Senior Solution Sales Specialist you will:Leverage your existing strong network among end-customers in the energy sector (utilities, power generation, transmission/distribution, large industrial energy-users) throughout CEE (mainly Poland, Czech Republic & Hungary).Drive solution-selling of complex network technologies and full project engagements — from early identification of customer needs, through specification, proposal and closing, to successful delivery coordination.Work remotely, engaging with customers directly, shaping the sales approach, building business cases and managing the entire sales cycle for strategic accounts.Collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, service and partner teams to craft compelling value-based propositions aligned to energy-industry challenges (e.g., grid reliability, digitalization, OT/IT convergence, cybersecurity, operational efficiency).Expand market footprint in CEE: identify new strategic accounts, uncover green-field opportunities, work on penetration of existing accounts, and define go-to-market approaches for the region.Manage your sales pipeline in CRM, deliver accurate forecasts and meet or exceed agreed targets.Report progress and insights regularly to the sales leadership and contribute to the overall regional sales strategy.Your Profile:Proven track record of sales success with end-customers (not just channel or reseller) in the energy sector (utilities, power generation, transmission/distribution, large industrial energy users).Large existing network of key stakeholders in the energy sector across the CEE region is a clear advantage.Strong experience in solution selling (consultative, problem-led, rather than transactional) of complex technologies, ideally in network infrastructure, connectivity, OT/IT, automation or digitalization.Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging at senior-end-customer level as well as working cross-functionally internally.Comfortable working fully remotely, self-driven and autonomous, able to manage your own territory and deliver results.Fluent in English (business level). Additional language skills in CEE region (e.g., Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian) are a strong plus.Willingness to travel as needed across the CEE region.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive fixed base salary + variable bonus.Car allowance.Remote working setup (100% remote + business travels up to 50%).Opportunity to be part of a high-growth international organisation expanding in the energy sector with cutting-edge technology.
