We’re seeking a Senior Sales Architect, a Consultative professional, able to combine technical expertise with business strategy, and to engage in discussions with clients and internal teams with a strong emphasis on results.Lead the technical and consultative pre-sales process in strategic opportunities, ensuring technical success and positioning Engageware Intl as a trusted leader in conversational artificial intelligence solutions within highly regulated environments.🌎This role is open in Mexico City and Colombia.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the business cycle from opportunity identification to technical validation of solutions.Understand the client's business and technology requirements, and recommend AI architectures that support their goals.Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to technical and executive audiences.Design and document end-to-end solutions that consider security integrations and environments.Work together with the sales team to define technical positioning strategies.Collaborate with Product to identify new functionalities and opportunities for improvement.Train and support sales teams in technical and functional areas.Act as a Trusted Advisor for strategic customers in the Enterprise segment.RequirementsMinimum experience of 5 years in Technical Pre-Sales, Consulting, or Solution Architecture, AI Models, SaaS, or enterprise technology roles.Strong understanding of system architecture, enterprise integrations, and security.Experience in banking, telco, or regulated industries is desirable.Intermediate-advanced level of English.Training in engineering, systems, computer science, or related fields.Skills and competenciesEffective communication tailored to various organizational levels.Analytical thinking and results focus.Ability to lead technically and influence across areas.Proactivity, curiosity about technology, and strategic vision.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a multicultural company with colleagues and clients from different countries.Work in a high-visibility, high-growth position.This position is eligible for commissions in addition to the base salary.Flexible schedule.Birthday day off.Anniversary days.Experience an exceptional working environment.
