Location: Cairo | Full-Time | Field Work RequiredEldiheby, a leading distributor of high-quality water pumps and electric motors in Egypt, is hiring a Senior Water Pumps Sales Engineer to join our growing team. We represent global brands like Grundfos and ABB, and we are looking for engineers to drive business growth and strengthen our technical sales operations.We are looking for an experienced, performance-driven engineer who can lead complex sales cycles, manage key accounts, and mentor junior engineers while delivering innovative pumping solutions to clients across diverse sectors.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full sales cycle: from client acquisition and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and closing.Develop and manage key accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and business retention.Design and recommend customized pumping solutions that align with technical and commercial requirements.Conduct field visits and technical site assessments to ensure accurate project specifications and solution feasibility.Collaborate closely with suppliers, internal teams, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and after-sales support.Provide technical mentorship and sales guidance to junior sales engineers.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.Report directly to the Sales Manager on pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and market insights.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field3 to 7 years of experience in technical sales of pumps, motors, or similar industrial equipmentStrong technical background with a solid understanding of hydraulic systems, pumping applications, and product selectionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work in the field and visit clients regularlyAbility to manage multiple accounts and large-scale projects independently.Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and customer relationship management abilities.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently for client and site visits.What We Offer:Competitive base salary plus commissionComprehensive Social and health insuranceTransportation provided for client visitsOpportunities for professional growth and leadership within a company with over 20 years of excellence in the field.Direct engagement with world-class brands and high-profile clients in Egypt’s water infrastructure market.How to Apply:If you are ready to take your sales career to the next level and contribute to a growing, reputable engineering company, please apply by clicking on the button above.
