We are committed to innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering state-of-the-art heat exchange technologies to our partners worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, onsite role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Taguig, Philippines. The Senior Sales Engineer will drive business development, manage key customer accounts, and provide strong technical guidance to clients. This role works closely with internal teams (Sales Support, Technical Service, and Regional Management) to deliver proposals, resolve customer issues, and execute sales strategies that support business growth. The position also includes local office coordination, market development, and representation at industry events.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within assigned industries.Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to territory growth strategies.Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.Customer Relationship & Account ManagementBuild long-term business relationships with customers, EPCs, consultants, and distributors.Manage key accounts, contract renewals, and pricing negotiations.Provide after-sales service coordination, including troubleshooting and follow-up.Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally.Technical Expertise & SupportProvide technical recommendations on plate heat exchangers and system applications.Collaborate with technical teams to support design, sizing, and solution development.Conduct site visits, performance evaluations, and system inspections when required.Support customer FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), commissioning, and installation guidance.Branch Operations & CoordinationSupport daily operations of the Hisapino Representative Office in Taguig.Coordinate with regional teams on logistics, order processing, and project updates.Assist in local marketing initiatives, seminars, and customer trainings.Maintain proper documentation, reports, and sales forecasts for management review.Marketing & RepresentationRepresent HISAKA at industry exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.Enhance brand visibility and develop strategic networks across the Philippines.QualificationsProven experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Industrial Equipment Sales.Strong technical understanding of heat exchangers, HVAC systems, pumps, boilers, or related equipment.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) is preferred.Knowledge of the heat exchanger industry and industrial applications is an advantage.Willingness to travel within the Philippines and occasionally overseas.
