FAI has been recognized as one of the leading property firms in the country, with award-winning projects like Filinvest City in Alabang and Filinvest Mimosa+ in Clark, Pampanga.Job Overview:The Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth together with Filinvest Alabang Inc. This position requires a strong understanding of the real estate market in the Philippines, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities:1.) Team Leadership:· Lead and manage the real estate sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.· Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.2.) Sales Strategy Development:· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.· Identify new opportunities and markets for business expansion.3.) Client Relationship Management:· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.· Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.4.) Sales Planning and Execution:· Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet company objectives.· Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.· Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales efforts.5.) Reporting and Analysis:· Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics.· Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.-Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of success in a leadership role.-Strong understanding of the Philippine real estate market and industry regulations.-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.-Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.-Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.-With a ready team of 3 managers with 3-5 property specialists.
