Senior Sales Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing team at PT Toshindo Elevator Utama. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business and driving the sales of our innovative elevator solutions across the Jakarta region. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta.What you'll be doingDevelop strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their requirements and propose customised solutionsProvide technical expertise and product knowledge to the sales team to support the sales processPrepare detailed proposals and technical specifications for lift and escalator projectsLiaise with the engineering department to ensure timely delivery and installation of productsTroubleshoot technical issues and provide after-sales support to customersParticipate in trade shows, seminars and other marketing activities to promote the company's products and servicesWhat we're looking forBachelor degreeMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical sales or application engineering role within the lift/elevator industryExcellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex technical challengesAbility to work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budgetProficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software is an advantageFluency in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishWhat we offerAt PT Toshindo Elevator Utama, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
