Senior Sales Executive - Japan Partnerships (Tokyo)

As we expand our business into Japan, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role reports directly to the Sales Director and is open to both local Japanese professionals and expats who are fluent in Japanese and English.In this role, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with new and potential partners to drive partnership growth and expand the business across Japan.Responsibilities:Proactively reach out to new and prospective partners in the Japanese hospitality market via calls, emails, and other channels to introduce our business and encourage collaborationParticipate in partnership negotiations, leveraging your market knowledge and persuasive communication skills the business development teamWork closely with the Sales director to identify high-potential partners, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to grow partnerships in key regions or segmentsMaintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction, identifying expansion opportunities, and providing ongoing supportDevelop a deep understanding of the Japanese hospitality landscape, including key players, industry regulations, and emerging trends, to inform strategic decisionsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline4-6 years of demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industryFluency in both Japanese and EnglishStrong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a track record of building lasting client relationshipsPassion for the travel/ hospitality industry and a deep understanding of the Japan’s hospitality market, its key players and industry dynamicsCandidates with less experience will consider as Sales Executive
