Senior Sales Executive (Front)

We are expanding our sales team to strengthen our client base and drive new business opportunities.Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to generate and convert leads through Bark and social media marketing (SMM) platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of digital services, and the ability to close deals effectively.Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through Bark, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable services.Maintain and update lead records in CRM tools.Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and assist in closing deals.Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach and conversion strategies.Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in sales or lead generation (preferably in digital services).Proficiency in using Bark, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of digital marketing, web, or creative services.Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.What We Offer:Competitive salary package up to PKR 120,000 per month (based on experience and performance).Company car or car allowance.Performance-based incentives and commissions.Opportunity to work with a creative and dynamic team.Professional growth and a supportive work environment.
