Nofence is a Norwegian scale-up building the world’s first virtual fencing solution for livestock.We’re currently expanding internationally and hiring a Senior Sales Executive for Ireland. Our team works across borders, with colleagues based in Norway, the UK, the USA and Spain. From engineers and designers to grazing advisors and customer support, we combine practical knowledge with technical expertise.We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, energetic, and hardworking, preferably with experience from Agriculture or AgTech. To succeed in this role, it’s important that you’re based in Ireland and have a strong understanding of Irish farming practices, local culture and the language farmers use day to day. This is a remote role within Ireland. Since we are still in the early stages of our growth, you will have the opportunity to have a huge impact on how we build our team.Join us to support sustainable farming and help reshape a global industry, one field at a time.About The RoleYour mission will be to follow up on potential and current customers. We thrive to create good customer relations. This requires that we understand the customers needs and can guide them through how to best utilize our product. We will offer full training in our product, but previous experience of working with farmers would be a great advantage. Some travel is required, like customer visits, fairs and monthly visits to our UK office in Shropshire to stay connected with the wider team.Main ResponsibilitiesRespond to and close inbound sales from Ireland and non-commercial Nofence countries, via phone and email, ticketing system, and other tools.Lead outbound sales efforts in Ireland, in a structured and scalable manner from strategy to execution.Host webinars, field days and demo days across Ireland, Scotland and UKRepresent Nofence with partners, cooperatives and government officials in IrelandTravel to relevant events and occasionally customersContribute to sales forecast for IrelandContribute with relevant market insight to global teams and product developmentIn the current phase of growing our team we will need someone who is adaptable and willing to contribute to non-sales related tasks like;Support Contribution to projects across the organizationImproving the customer journeyContributing to developing the team and shaping our structureAbout YouWe are looking for someone who has:A degree or equivalent in a field relevant to the position. Practical experience and engagement can compensate for a lack of formal qualificationsProven experience as a sales executive or similar role in a tech company or agriculture.
