Job OverviewFor our client, a fast-growing pharmaceutical business, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor based in Jeddah. This role will lead and develop the sales strategy across multiple therapy areas, including anti-inflammatory and primary care. The ideal candidate brings strong scientific knowledge, established HCP relationships, and proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.Drive scientific selling initiatives and ensure messaging accuracy across therapy areas.Analyze territory performance, manage CRM data, and ensure disciplined reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing and medical strategies effectively.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.QualificationsPharmacy degree is preferable.Relevant experience in the pharmaceutcial industry.Strong HCP network, scientific selling, negotiation, CRM discipline, territory management, etc.MS Office + CRM systemsArabic and English (fluent)
