Senior Sales Representative

Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to develop and maintain our distributor network in Asia market and drive sales of our core products. You will be a vital bridge connecting us to the medical market, employing professional sales strategies to successfully introduce our leading products, such as medical refrigerators, operating room smart medication management cabinets, surgical pack storage cabinets, and high-value consumable storage cabinets, to major hospitals and medical institutions. The very first start will be the market in your country. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client & Partner SupportAct as the main contact for local clients, partners, and distributors.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and business continuity.Resolve clients’ and local markets’ inquiries promptly and professionally.2. Market & Business DevelopmentIdentify and explore new market opportunities and customer segments.Support execution of sales and marketing plans to achieve assigned targets.Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and client seminars when required.Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer feedback to support business strategy.3. Operations & ComplianceCoordinate office operations: schedule meetings, maintain documentation, and handle reports and correspondence.Translate or localize reports, newsletters, and presentations into Vietnamese/English as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations; maintain accurate records and submit regular reports.4. Internal CoordinationLiaise with internal teams to align goals, timelines, and deliverables.Support organization of training events, conferences, and client meetings.Perform other assigned tasks to support overall team objectives.Qualifications: 3+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry in Vietnam. Must have sales experience in at least one of the following areas: High-Value Consumables (e.g., orthopedics, cardiovascular, interventional consumables) Medical Small Equipment (e.g., infusion pumps, patient monitors, syringe pumps) Proven success in distributor development and management. Experience selling, Operating Room Equipment, (e.g., anesthesia machines, surgical lights/tables, ceiling pendants) is a plus.Experience selling‚ Medical Refrigerators for clinical departments‚ or related temperature-controlled storage equipment is a plus. Familiarity with the business processes and decision-making chains of hospital operating rooms, pharmacies, and central sterile supply departments is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently, adaptable to frequent travel. Customer-centric problem-solving ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Fluent in English (working language). Chinese language skills are a plus. Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. What We Offer: Competitive salary: 3,000 – 3,500 USD/month.
