We pride ourselves on our client-centric approach, focusing on delivering measurable results and sustainable improvements.Primary Functions And TasksContributing to SAP S/4HANA projects and developments as a lease accounting expert focusing on IFRS 16.Collecting business requirements, preparing functional design and configuring system.Preparing and implementing test scenarios, supporting end-user testing.Preparing and conducting user training.Planning, supporting/executing data migrations and other cutover activities.Providing user support after go-live (hyper-care) as well as handover activities for the support organization.Developing concepts for optimization of the FI processes in collaboration with the operating departmentReach and achieve project aims and outputs.Contribute to increased productivity and motivation of the team.Communicate closely with the ABAP development team.Build professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions.We are looking for: Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Lease Accounting and/or with one of the following modules: RE-FX, SAI, LAE, RARMinimum 1 year experience with S/4HANAFunctional/ technical proficiency with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation4+ years of industry/consulting experience - adept at translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions for clientsExperience with IFRS 16 or IFRS 15 accounting and reportingGood understanding of other SAP FI modules; GL, AP and ARGood understanding of finance processes, particularly fixed assets and lease accounting processesExperience in facilitating workshops to collect business requirements or identifying gaps, issues, and work around solutionsTeam player with exceptional communication skillsFluent English required; German language knowledge is an advantageAvailable to travel for an estimated of 1 week/quarter (up to 50% if requested by the client)Nice to haveSAP FI/CO Certification on S/4HANA Cloud (Privat or Public)Understanding of logistic integration into accountingSAP CO moduleSAP Authorizations understandingSAP Fiori apps in FI areaSAP S/4HANA for Central FinanceExperience with managing and mentoring junior level consultantsExperience in pre-sales and project proposalsLead application functional team or sub-team.Experience and good understanding of FI/CO integrations with logistics, particularly with MM and PSOfferCompensation package: Our compensation package includes a fixed salary with yearly evaluation and performance-related bonus, meal tickets, Easter and Christmas gift vouchers, as well as seniority, referral bonus, and peer-to-peer recognition.
