The Senior Scrum Master will be responsible for sprint planning, facilitating Agile ceremonies, fostering communication within the team, creating user stories, and collaborating with the software development team to deliver high-quality products.Qualifications3+ years experience as a scrum master, and a total of 5 years’ experience working in an agile environmentDeeply understands the agile values and principlesExperience of at least two Agile frameworks: XP, Kanban, Scrum.Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparencyKnowledge of the software development lifecycleExcellent English language
