The Senior Social Media Executive supports the day-to-day management, content planning, and execution across the client’s social media channels. They are responsible for maintaining brand presence, supporting campaign delivery, and ensuring content is timely, engaging, and aligned with strategy. The role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behaviours, and trends, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with the wider team to deliver best-in-class social content. The ideal candidate is highly active on social media, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating impactful digital experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative / OperationalGood brief writing skills (for studio, simple and feedback briefs).Able to develop and tweak timelines efficiently and effectively to ensure work is delivered on time and according to standard.Good communicatorHas clarity on project statuses, next steps, potential challenges / red flags.Good understanding of budgeting; formats, effort level, processesContent ManagementGood knowledge on Meta Business Manager and our subscribed platforms; Sprinkr / BrandwatchAccurate and meticulous in ensuring the media plan has the correct asset / caption / channel involved.Independently content plan and content flighting efficiently.ReportingAble to analyse and extract insights from data to give both tangible and meaningful recommendationsProduce reports that show measurable results with good understanding of campaign goalsStrategy and BusinessInformed of what’s happening in the client’s industry/business.Possess general strategic understanding of social campaign and content planningCurious about the business and how it works with an open mind and willingness to learn this side.People ManagementClear understanding and decoding of client feedback and responses requiredManage general internal and external communication amongst working team and clientsJob Specifications1. Knowledge and Experiences Required2–4 years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of social, digital, and content production processesExperience managing social media channels and supporting campaign executionFamiliarity with reporting, analytics, and content scheduling toolsExperience working retail and/or government accounts is an advantage2. Skills RequiredStrong communication and writing skillsExcellent attention to detail and a good sense of visual and brand alignmentAbility to manage multiple platforms, timelines, and deliverables simultaneouslyStrong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with creative and account servicing teams3.
