We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Residential Procurement (Del 433) to support our residential development projects by managing procurement activities efficiently and effectively.In this crucial role, you will be responsible for executing procurement strategies that align with project requirements and objectives. You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure the procurement of high-quality materials and services essential for our residential projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing procurement strategies for residential projects, ensuring alignment with overall project goalsConduct supplier assessments and market analysis to source competitive and quality offeringsFacilitate the procurement process, including drafting requests for proposals (RFPs), negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationshipsMonitor and analyze procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunitiesCollaborate with project managers to understand project timelines, specifications, and delivery requirementsMaintain accurate procurement documentation and records, ensuring compliance with standards and regulationsSupport ad-hoc procurement initiatives and strategic projects as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in procurement, ideally within the residential construction or real estate sectorsStrong understanding of procurement processes and contract negotiationGood analytical skills with experience in market research and supplier evaluationEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholdersProficient in procurement software and ERP systemsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefitsAttractive compensation and benefits package
