By investing in our people’s continued growth and learning, we challenge and change how we build together – people and business.Role Objective:To support the Site Engineer and Construction Manager in executing all site activities efficiently, ensuring delivery within the required time, quality, productivity, and safety standards. The Jr. Site Engineer will ensure that drawings, specifications, and technical information are clearly communicated to site teams and will contribute to effective execution of civil works including concrete, finishing, and steel/PEB activities.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities and site personnel.Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company HSE policies.Assist in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting construction challenges.Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.Manage material requests and coordinate with Procurement for delivery of approved items.Ensure proper handling, storage, and controlled usage of materials and equipment.Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements.Assist in preparing information for weekly and monthly progress reports including progress photos.Attend daily coordination meetings to plan and organize upcoming site activities.Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.Support monitoring of labor attendance, productivity, and workforce performance.People ManagementAssist in training, guiding, and evaluating site manpower as required.Demonstrate effective communication and leadership with site teams.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or project management, preferably within general contracting or construction companies.Good knowledge of construction activities such as concrete works and finishing is required.Experience in steel and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) works is an added advantage.Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and manage multiple site activities.What makes a true AMANAian?We know that our company growth and success come from our people who continuously drive our company, partners and clients forward.
