They possess a strong understanding of software systems and development lifecycles, coupled with the ability to engage with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into comprehensive system specifications. This candidate excels at bridging the gap between technical teams and business units, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value. A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and Analyze Requirements – Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for software projects.Translate Requirements to Development Teams – Provide development teams with clear, actionable system specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Process Mapping and Improvement – Analyze and model business processes, identifying areas for enhancement and aligning solutions with organizational goals.Support Solution Design – Work closely with architects and developers to design solutions that meet business requirements and technical constraints.Conduct Impact Analysis – Evaluate the impact of proposed solutions on existing systems and processes, identifying risks and dependencies.Manage Documentation – Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirements specifications, user guides, and workflow diagrams.Support Change Management – Assist in developing training materials, user adoption strategies, and change management plans to ensure successful implementation.Stay updated on industry trends to provide strategic insights and identify new opportunities for digital transformation.Contribute to Continuous Improvement – Recommend process enhancements and best practices to drive efficiency and innovation across software projects.QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within tech companies.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologiesProven track record of leading analysis efforts in agile environments, with experience in SCRUM as a plus.Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in standard documentation and modeling tools, including UML tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio), collaborative platforms (e.g., Confluence, FigJam, Miro), and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
