Job DescriptionThe Senior Executive – Training will play a central role in building, nurturing, and elevating the driver experience at Zed. This role goes beyond training—it's about engagement, retention, wellbeing, and empowerment. The position will ensure that every Zeddy (driver) feels supported, informed, and motivated to perform at their best. The role will also oversee a team that proactively supports Zeddies from within supplier offices, runs engagement programs, and drives the implementation of the “Zeddy Experience” strategy across all pillars — Driver Quality, Financial Wellbeing, Engagement & Loyalty, and Safety.ResponsibilitiesStrategic ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive learning strategies and assess training needs for driver communities across Limo and Taxi networks.Create innovative learning modules that enhance driver performance, safety, and service quality.Partner with cross-functional teams to design storyboards and training narratives aligned with business goals and operational needs.Build the Zed brand by ensuring drivers feel valued, engaged, and motivated to represent the platform positively.Liaise with training teams of partner taxi and limo companies (e.g., Cars Taxi, National, Al Salaam, etc.) to align training delivery and standards.Operational ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute interactive in-person training programs, webinars, and digital learning experiences.Collaborate with agencies to develop high-impact content — including videos, animations, and podcasts — that resonate with drivers.Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to drive adoption, engagement, and content completion.Conduct “Train the Trainer” sessions to equip franchise partners with knowledge of Zed’s latest app features, processes, and updates.Measure learning effectiveness and continuously refine programs based on feedback, data insights, and evolving needs.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Operations to align training content with product updates and customer experience insights.Share feedback loops with internal stakeholders to close the 360-degree communication cycle and continuously improve the driver journey.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.Preference for candidates with degrees in English, Journalism, Multimedia Design, Literature, or related fields.Experience:Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a corporate training or learning & development environment.Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs at scale.Prior exposure to driver or field-level training programs will be an added advantage.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.Basic knowledge of graphic design or multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, etc.).Familiarity with content authoring, video editing, and interactive e-learning formats.Soft Skills:Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder-management abilities.Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about enhancing learning experiences.
