EDB, part of the APEX Group, is expanding its Onboarding & Account Management team and is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.Your Responsibilities:Oversee and review AML/KYC documentation for the opening and maintenance of digital bank accounts for APEX Group clients.Act as a first and second-line reviewer to validate and authorize account openings and updates.Ensure full compliance with AML/KYC regulations, CRS, FATCA, and QI requirements.Liaise with internal departments and external clients to resolve regulatory and documentation-related queries.Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data records.Support additional tasks as needed, based on evolving business requirements.Your Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.Several years of hands-on experience in a similar role.Strong expertise in AML/KYC and tax regulations (FATCA, QI, CRS), with a solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks for corporate entities, funds, and international institutions.Proficiency in fund and banking systems, along with advanced MS Office skills.Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus.Why Join Us?At EDB, you’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team within a global organization.
