If you are motivated by the perspective of joining a big, trusted and recognized group, then let's meet !To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for talented Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Scheduling.In this position the Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Scheduling will manage within a short and mid- term scope the logistical activity for the manufacturing lines he/she is responsible for. This mission will be lead in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders (among the Supply Chain team and cross functions like QA, QC, Operations...). The Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Scheduling can act as a back-up of his/her peer.The Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Scheduling will report directly to his/her line Manager, the Site Supply Chain Senior Manager.MissionsTranslate Supply plans into detailed scheduled plan on a daily basis within the frozen periodManage the detail scheduling for assigned work-centers and follow-up on executions including non-routine requestsPrepare and lead the weekly scheduling meetingFollow up the daily operations with all stakeholders (QA, QC, Validation, Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, etc.). Track Work Orders from their creations to their releasesManage priorities based on business requirements and constraints with stakeholdersDefine and guarantee the execution of the mid-term plans including availability of materials and Master data set-upsCoordinate with stakeholders the stability plan executionCoordinate with stakeholders, not limited to, all variations and support the transition to successAct as key point of contact to coordinate make to order (MTO) repacking activityManage the reprocess activity with stakeholders if requiredAccountable for KPIs (On Time in Full (OTIF), Schedule Adherence, Right First Time (RFT), etc.)Challenge status quo. Actively participate in continuous improvement activities with other DepartmentsAccountable for all assigned change control tasks and implementation due datesProfileBachelor’s degree in business or in Supply Chain with at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain (production or supply planning)Prior experience within an international industrial environment, with a preference for pharmaceutics or biotechnologiesStrong levels of resilience, able to work under pressure in autonomy, drive for result and quality oriented, proactive personality with an eye for anticipation and strive for continuous improvementIndependent self-starter, able to work autonomouslyQuick process understanding, insight and visualizing, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrior experience with LEAN management is an assetExcellent IT proficiency: MS Office, Excel, ERP, Oracle experience is an assetFor informationStart date: January/February 2026Location: Neuchâtel – CHContract: Long termLanguages: Fluent in English and FrenchEuropean citizen required
