With your passion for IT, you will be responsible for the following areas:• Service Request Management• IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change…)• Security• Further Development and AutomationResponsible for the operation, maintenance, and further development of Fortinet products in WAF (Web Application Firewall) and RAS (Remote Access Service)Responsible for integration into the overall ICT infrastructure, its components, and peripheral systems.Contact person and point of contact for all matters relating to Fortinet products. Product expertise and integration questions.Works closely with other related teams (Application Layer, Network Layer, Infrastructure Layer).Education:University degree or Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) in Computer Science with several years of professional experience, or career changers with equivalent further education and professional experience in Computer ScienceDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent.Solid knowledge and practical experience with Fortinet productsSubstantial experience in large, heterogeneous, and distributed ICT infrastructuresStrong engineering skills (methodology, processes, and models, and their application)Sound, practical experienceRequired skills:Experience in automation and programming (PowerShell, Ansible) as well as connecting heterogeneous APIsExperience with projects/projects in areas with high/high security requirements (financial sector, emergency services, etc.)Strong expertise in Microsoft infrastructure topics3+ years of experience in infrastructure automation and deploymentFluent in German, both written and spokenNice to have:Experience in related areas such as Endpoint Protection, Active Directory, PKI, and Fortinet Load BalancingStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsTeam player with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyCommunicative, persuasive, dedicated, and persistent personality
