Job Title : Control Systems EngineerLocation : Staldenried, Valais, SwitzerlandJob Type : Full TimeJob SummaryOur client offers an exciting opportunity within a dynamic, agile work culture that values collaboration, inclusion, and ethical leadership.What You’ll Gain:A flexible and agile career environment that encourages continuous growthA diverse, inclusive, and values-driven workplacePerformance-based compensation programsCompetitive salaries paired with a variety of lifestyle, family, and leisure benefitsRole Overview:Our client is looking for a skilled professional to support and enhance the electrical and automation readiness of modern biologics manufacturing facilities.Key Responsibilities:Oversees planning and execution of electrical and automation-related maintenance, system upgrades, and improvement projects while staying within budget and schedules.Ensures reliable, efficient operation of highly automated biologics systems, including platforms such as DeltaV and MES, to maintain smooth production performance.Leads GMP-compliant activities—including testing, documentation control, and change management—utilizing digital platforms such as Kneat or Ubik.Updates and manages plant and equipment documentation within SAP/COMOS, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.Identifies and executes ongoing improvements to equipment performance and maintenance processes to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.Works closely with cross-functional partners to optimize procedures and support more efficient workflows across the facility.What Our Client Is Looking For:Background in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field; formal degrees (EFZ, FH, HF, BSc.) or equivalent hands-on experience are welcome.Practical experience in the operation or maintenance of pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments.Familiarity with SAP, COMOS, DeltaV, and MES systems such as Syncade is strongly preferred.Ability to communicate confidently in English and/or German within a diverse team setting.Solid understanding of GMP expectations within regulated production environments.A dependable, self-directed approach to work, coupled with strong accountability and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
