Senior Specialist Project, SME Deposits Portfolio

Business Strategies / Business Plan To support HOD to develop SME Deposit business strategy and align with overall deposit management strategy of Group Community Banking / Bank. Drives initiatives and engagement strategies for SME CA, FD, MCA, FX and other products under SME deposits to meet business objectives and position RHB as main banker. Drives SME net interest income, fee income, healthy loan deposit ratio (LDR).Deposit Project Lead Works closely with delivery partners on planning, design and estimating, bringing together delivery and business partner teams; actively managing dependencies between these teams and other projects and programmes. Ensures the baselined scope of work (SOW), functional specific documents (FSD), requirements, benefits, schedule and budget are provided and reviewed in accordance to SME Deposit’s project objectives. Demonstrates effective financial skills to develop a detailed business case, including investments, detailed benefits and link to overall finances of the business. Manages and reports project risks, issues and dependencies for SME Deposit projects / enhancement. Knowledge & familiarity in using Confluence system in accordance to Quest, User Story, Features within Agile methodology. Collaborates with stakeholders to define the project strategy and develops a roadmap ensuring all constraints of time/resources are met. To ensure timeliness in new initiatives launches and implementation of all programmes and analysis of program performance. Ensure all the initiative/ system / processes are conforming to regulation requirements and guidelines
