About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Specialist to join our Transaction Banking SME / Commercial Sales team at RHB Banking Group. This role is ideal for an Assistant Vice President looking to grow their career within our Group Transaction Banking (GTB) division. You will be responsible for driving the utilisation of trade and cash management products within an assigned portfolio and promoting cross-selling opportunities of Transaction Banking (TB) products and services to existing customers.What You Will Be DoingDrive the utilisation and penetration of trade and cash management solutions across an assigned SME/Commercial customer portfolioPromote cross-selling of Transaction Banking products and services to deepen customer engagementCollaborate with internal stakeholders to structure tailored solutions that meet client needsEnsure effective execution of sales strategies and support customer onboarding and implementation processesMonitor client utilisation trends and proactively identify upselling opportunitiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of product developments and market trends relevant to Transaction BankingEnsure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standardsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, or related financial services rolesStrong understanding of trade finance, cash management products, and client relationship managementExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamStrong sales drive and a passion for delivering value-added solutions to clientsGood knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry practicesWhat We OfferAt RHB Banking Group, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to reach their full potential.
