Strategic Campaign Development:Conceptualize and implement omni-channel digital marketing campaigns focusing on grower data acquisition, engagement, and sales conversionDesign sophisticated campaign journeys across B2B and B2C sectorsAlign digital strategies with local marketing teams and global initiatives2. Content and Brand Experience:Collaborate with the global digital content team to develop and roll out local content strategiesEnsure brand consistency and quality across all digital touchpointsCreate compelling campaign briefs and manage end-to-end delivery processes3. Paid Media and Performance Optimization:Strategically allocate and optimize paid media budgetsImplement and manage A/B testing, SEO/SEM, and marketing automationDevelop and maintain comprehensive digital marketing dashboardsSet, measure, and optimize campaign KPIs to maximize ROI4. Cross-functional Leadership:Drive digital marketing capability building across local and global teamsManage relationships with external agencies, IT, and marketing teamsChampion data-driven decision-making and innovative digital approaches5. Scaling and Process Improvement:Standardize and automate marketing processesLead the implementation of marketing automation systemsFacilitate the organization's transition from traditional to digital marketing approaches
