Join our team today.About The RoleThe role is responsible for providing operation performance analysis, recommendation, or guidance to solve and prioritize action plan and problem solving to site management (superintendent up)In this role, you will:Be involved in shaping the operation strategy in shift, daily and weekly time frame with mining operation teamConduct the audit to ensure the site team configure the optimizer according to the best practice and real field conditionsOversee all activities by dispatch operation and mining analystTrain and coach ROC team membersContinuously review ROC set-up and identify improvement opportunitiesMonitor FMS system health and data qualityCollaborate with external (client, vendor, etc.)About YouBachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, and mathematicsMore than 6 years' experience in Fleet Management System (FMS)Good understanding of Fleet management system (Hexagon or Wenco), new mining technology, mining operation, mine planning, reporting and cost control, data analysis and statistics knowledgeHas project management, FMS network and hardware installation capabilitiesHas capability as mining analyst and dispatch engineersGood understanding on coal mining or other mineral mining operationGood leadership and English communication skillGood analysis skill especially with numbers, calculation and demonstrate high excel skillGood presentation skill (slide designer) and confident to present in EnglishAbout UsWe partner with our clients to deliver excellence in open cut and underground mining in Australia, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
