Packaging SupervisorJob SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and quality-driven Packaging Supervisor to oversee the entire pharmaceutical/medical device product packaging operation at our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that all packaging processes run efficiently, safely, and are in full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines and other relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities• Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise daily activities on the packaging lines (primary and secondary), ensuring production targets are met according to schedule.• GMP & Quality Compliance: Ensure all packaging procedures are executed in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines. This includes material verification, in-process controls, and accurate documentation.• Team Management: Train, lead, motivate, and evaluate the performance of packaging operators. Maintain strong team discipline and morale.• Maintenance & Efficiency: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal function of packaging machinery and equipment (such tube filling, bottle filling, stripping, blistering, labelling & cartoning machines). Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency improvement (lean manufacturing).• Documentation: Review and sign-off on Packaging Batch Records (PBR) and other production documentation, ensuring all records are complete and error-free.• Preparing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Machine Operating Procedures (MOP), Machine Sanitation Procedures (MSP) and Batch records to align with current cGMP regulations and validated production processes.Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, preferably Pharmacist• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor/Leader in the packaging/production area within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry (experience in Food & Beverage or cosmetics industries with high GMP standards may be considered).• In-depth understanding of GMP Principles related to pharmaceutical packaging, including process validation and area cleanliness.• Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.• Willingness to work in shifts if required
