We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our growing organization and contribute to our expanding technology operations.🔸 QualificationsStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN networking conceptsHands-on experience with VMware vSphere ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platformsExperienced in physical server installation and configuration (preferably IBM, HPE, or Dell EMC)Skilled in Fabric SAN infrastructures and zoning operationsKnowledge of hyperconverged systems such as HPE SimpliVity, EMC VXRail, or NutanixFamiliar with Disaster Recovery solutions (preferably Veeam, Zerto, or EMC RecoverPoint)Experienced with data storage and NAS solutions (IBM, HPE, Dell EMC, ExaGrid preferred)Knowledge of backup infrastructure, preferably Veeam Backup & ReplicationGood command of English (both written and verbal)No travel restrictions, holds a valid driver’s license, and able to work flexible hoursDetail-oriented, organized, and values documentation and reportingKeeps up with new technology trends, proactive, analytical, and a strong team player with good communication skills ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site and remote technical support for clients’ server, storage, and backup infrastructuresTake an active role in installation and migration projects for new product platformsEnsure system continuity under SLA and Managed Service agreementsManage vendor support processes with international manufacturers when requiredPrepare and maintain regular documentation and reports for completed tasks
