This is a strategic and hands-on position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex hiring challenges, and can build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization. You will own full-cycle recruitment for key roles, influence hiring decisions through data and insights, and ensure that every candidate has a world-class experience throughout the hiring journey.What You’ll Do:Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for midsenior level and specialized roles across tech and non-tech functionsPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job briefs, and provide market insightsSource high-quality candidates through strategic channels, including professional networks, platforms, communities, and targeted outreachDrive structured screening, assessment, and interview processes to ensure strong role-to-candidate alignmentManage stakeholder communication with clarity, consistency, and influence throughout the hiring lifecycleMaintain accurate talent pipelines and deliver regular hiring updates, analytics, and insights to leadershipChampion an excellent candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer acceptance and onboardingContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes, employer branding, and talent strategyWhat We’re Looking For:3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven success hiring for tech roles (e.g., engineering, product, data) and specialized/business rolesStrong ability to source and assess niche talent using advanced search strategies and networksExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized, proactive, and capable of driving hiring processes with minimal supervisionStrategic mindset with strong analytical thinking and familiarity with hiring metricsWilling to work fully onsite (WFO) in Jakarta
