This is a strategic role that goes beyond sourcing and filling vacancies, we're after a forward-thinking recruiter who is ready to tear apart the script and thrives at the intersection of tech hiring, data-led decision-making, and process innovation through AI.You will partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to identify, attract, and secure top technology talent, whilst continuously improving recruitment operations through automation, data insights, and AI-powered solutions.Based in our Strand office in Central London, you'll be in the office 4 days a week.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Tech Hiring: Drive full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Product, and Technology functions, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.Strategic Talent Partnering: Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with data and market insights.Process Innovation & Automation: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and automation tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and selection.Data-Led Recruitment: Build and leverage talent dashboards, pipelines, and metrics to optimise decision-making, improve diversity outcomes, and forecast talent needs.Candidate Experience: Design and deliver a consistently high-quality experience, enhancing engagement from initial outreach through onboarding.Market Intelligence: Continuously map the tech talent landscape, staying ahead of trends in skills, remuneration, and sourcing strategies.RequirementsProven Expertise: 3-5 years of demonstrated success in tech hiring, preferably in a high-growth or innovative environment.Tech Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of engineering, product, and data/AI talent market (we are a Kotlin/JVM house)AI & Automation Exposure: Hands-on experience in using AI tools or process automation to improve recruitment workflows.Analytical Mindset: Ability to influence through data, with a strong grasp of recruitment analytics, reporting, and predictive insights.Stakeholder Management: Exceptional influencing and partnering skills across leadership and technical teams.Innovation & Agility: Comfortable challenging the status quo, piloting new tools, and iterating processes.Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and storytelling abilities to engage both candidates and internal stakeholders.ATS: Literacy in ATS - we use Greenhouse but others such as TeamTailor, Ashby, Lever will work also.BenefitsYou'll get to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing scale-up with global ambitions that is cutting edge, passionate about sustainability and seeks to make the world a better place.Our benefits:Competitive salary and bonusPrivate Health InsurancePension SchemeLife Assurance Scheme with death in service benefit of 4x salaryIncome Protection Scheme for long term illnessRide to Work SchemePayroll Giving SchemeSeason Ticket Loan to spread cost of travel over 12 monthsEye Test every 2 yearsOhme is an equal opportunity employer.
