For the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, this means helping to build the teams that will shape the next chapter, attracting individuals who share the belief that technology and talent, together, can make a lasting difference on a global scale.The Main Pillars of the Role: Rebuild and Redefine the Recruitment FunctionAssess the current recruitment process end-to-end and identify what needs to change to drive efficiency, speed, and quality.Redefine the process to suit different levels of recruitment, from administrative to executive level, ensuring that while the foundation remains consistent, the nuances of what “world-class” looks like are applied at every level.Rebuild the hiring management structure, from intake to onboarding, creating scalable workflows, templates, and communication standards that deliver a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.Implement (as needed) new tools, processes, and analytics that move beyond the traditional time-to-fill metric, utilizing data to uncover patterns, build business cases, and drive smarter, more informed recruitment decisions.Take complete ownership of intakes, sourcing, and recruitment, utilizing creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to uncover hard-to-find talent across all functions and geographies.Deliver a World-Class Candidate ExperienceRedesign the candidate journey to reflect professionalism, respect, and care at every stage and for every level of hire.Develop a globally attractive experience that leaves candidates with a strong, positive impression, whether they are hired or not.Standardize communication templates, interview frameworks, and follow-up processes to create consistency and clarity.Coach and train hiring managers and executives to deliver an elevated, consistent experience and uphold the recruitment standards you establish.Champion data-informed decision-making, ensuring every stage of the hiring process is measurable, repeatable, and continuously improving.Build Strategic Partnerships Across the BusinessBuild Strategic Partnerships and Influence Across the Business.Partner closely with the VP of HR to set hiring priorities and align the talent strategy with business objectives.Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with executives and hiring managers. Your ability to build rapport, handle tough conversations, and influence outcomes will be key to success.Navigate a complex internal landscape with political savvy, working effectively with diverse personalities and challenging stakeholders while maintaining credibility and balance.Act as a trusted advisor, using data, insights, and market intelligence to influence decisions and ensure the right people are hired into the right roles.Serve as an active member of the global Talent Team, collaborating closely with the India-based recruitment team to share knowledge, align on strategy, and strengthen global cohesion through weekly team meetings.Expand Global Talent Reach & Employer Brand Lead recruitment efforts across multiple geographies and time zones, maintaining quality, consistency, and strategic alignment.Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to design and implement creative approaches that strengthen employer branding and social media presence.Position the organization as an employer of choice, leveraging storytelling, authenticity, and targeted outreach to attract exceptional talent worldwide.Act as a visible ambassador for the company, representing the brand with integrity and passion across all touchpoints.What We Need From You: 10+ years of progressive recruitment experience managing searches across all levels, from individual contributors to executive roles. Experience working within internal recruitment teams is essential; candidates with exclusively agency backgrounds will not be considered for this role.Proven success in building out world-class recruitment processes, from front-line to executive levels, that deliver efficiency, consistency, and exceptional candidate experiences.Demonstrated track record of hiring top talent that creates lasting impact, ensuring every hire strengthens the business and aligns with long-term objectives.Proven ability to lead full-cycle recruitment in multiple geographies, ideally across North America and Europe, with additional regions considered an asset.Comfortable working across time zones, with the flexibility to manage early morning or evening meetings when needed; this is not a standard 9–5 role.Skilled in balancing strategy and execution, equally confident designing scalable processes and managing day-to-day recruiting activity.Experienced in building strong, trusted partnerships with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data and insight.Adept at using AI-enabled sourcing tools, ATSs, and analytics to drive smarter, faster, and more informed hiring decisions.Known for curiosity, adaptability, and follow-through, thriving in dynamic, high-accountability environments where priorities evolve quickly.Next steps:   If you’re selected for an initial call, you’ll receive an email with a calendar link to book a confidential conversation.
