As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple functions and levels—from entry-level to senior leadership. Acting as a strategic advisor to the business, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and influence hiring decisions that directly impact company growth. Beyond filling roles, you will contribute to employer branding, candidate experience, and long-term talent pipeline development. This role offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Poland or in a hybrid model from our Kraków office.What You'll Do:Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage top talent, leveraging ATS data, networking, employee referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and advocacy from first contact through offer acceptance.Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess skills, potential, and cultural alignment.Advise hiring managers on compensation decisions with market research and skilled negotiation.Leverage data and market insights to influence strategic workforce planning and hiring decisions.Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future business needs.Stay current on market trends, employer branding opportunities, and competitive intelligence to strengthen hiring outcomes.What You'll Bring to the Team:5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience in a highly selective or fast-scaling tech environment preferred.Prior experience working in a global, U.S.-based company with exposure to multi-regional hiring practices.Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages a plus.Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leaders on talent acquisition decisions.Proven expertise in sourcing and engaging talent using a wide range of modern tools, channels, and platforms.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative recruiting skills to successfully fill challenging or niche roles.Ability to effectively tell the company’s story, culture, and values in a way that resonates with diverse candidates.Executive presence and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent searches.Results-driven with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and high level of accountability.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Don't meet every single requirement?
