Our skilled talent partners are embedded as a flexible onsite extension of in-house talent teams to fast-track the growth of our fast-moving partners, including Mollie, Adyen, SITA, Just Eat Takeaway, Miro, Rabobank, FLYR, Backbase, Bitvavo, and many more.What will you do?As a Senior Tech Talent Partner, you’ll work in-house with one of our fast-growing partners' TA team to help them hire top technical talent and scale up their business. You will achieve this by fully immersing yourself in our partner’s culture, developing a robust recruitment strategy and delivering high-quality results across all recruitment functions.Your role may include, but is not limited to, the following:Executing strategic recruiting plans to ensure that our partner attracts the best talentWorking closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needsManaging each stage of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experiencePosting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating, and assisting in the selection and offer stagesCollaborating with the HR team to develop policies and procedures for hiring process optimisationTracking recruiting metrics to report on performance and progressYou'll be a great fit if:You’ve earned your stripes in tech recruitment with 5 years of experience, preferably in the tech industryYou have a deep understanding of various technology roles, such as software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, including their responsibilities and skill setsYou’re proficient in sourcing and evaluating profiles across multiple platforms using boolean and x-ray search techniquesYou’re an excellent communicator and active listener, with attention to detail and a strong work ethicYou enjoy collaborating with recruitment teams, presenting data to hiring managers, and you’re full of ideas on how to optimise hiring processesYou’re fluent in English, and preferably also DutchWhat you get:Exposure to a diversified portfolio of global scale-ups and enterprisesOpportunity to grow and advance your recruitment careerSteep learning curve - project ownership and participation in monthly KeenAcademy trainings from industry expertsA monthly gross salary between 4500 and 6000 euroWork life-balance with a flexible hybrid workstyle (office, home, client or remote for up to 1 month a year)25 paid holiday days + 1 day extra for your birthdayAnnual getaway trip with the whole Keen crew!Pension plan via Brand New DayBenefits budget for personal care through AlleoFull coverage of work-related travel expensesRead more about our perks here
