Title: Senior Technologist, Innovation Center (Food & Beverage) 1Location:Bangkok, TH, THGlobal Business UnitJob Function: Research and AnalysisRequisition Number: 191397DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technologist to join our Innovation Center. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development of innovative food and beverage products, with expertise in dairy, plant-based, and functional beverages. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, hands-on lab experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept to commercialization.General ResponsibilitiesLead R&D projects across multiple categories: dairy products, plant-based beverages, functional drinks, gummies, jellies, and nutraceutical formats.Develop new formulations and prototypes, and conduct lab/pilot-scale testing to validate product feasibility.Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to translate concepts into viable products that meet consumer needs.Conduct consumer testing (e.g., CLT), analyze sensory feedback, and optimize formulations accordingly.Support production scale-up, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure product consistency and quality.Source and evaluate new raw materials and ingredients in collaboration with suppliers.Prepare and maintain technical documentation including specifications, reports, and regulatory dossiers.Support food safety and quality management systems: GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001/14001, FSSC 22000.Participate in internal audits and provide technical expertise for quality and compliance initiatives.Functional Skills And KnowledgeAt least 4-10 years of experience in R&D or product development in the food industry.Proven track record in developing products such as high-protein milk, plant-based drinks, RTD beverages, and functional foods.Strong understanding of food processing, formulation, and ingredient functionality.Hands-on experience in sensory testing and consumer research methodology.Solid knowledge of food safety systems (GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000) and familiarity with registration processes.Good communication and presentation skills; ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic analytical/reporting tools.Moderate to good English proficiency (written and verbal).EducationBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agro-Industry, Food Technology or a related field.Requisition Number: 191397Job Function: Research and Analysis
