Job Description

KJR is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to lead UAT and SIT, manage defects, and support triage. You’ll partner with cross-functional and vendor teams through sprints, writing test cases and reports, with strong communication and attention to detail essential.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute system, integration, and regression testing aligned to sprint schedules Create and maintain test cases and documentation aligned with business and technical requirements Collaborate with analysts, developers, architects, and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve defects Participate in sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives Manage defect logging, tracking, and verification Support UAT including environment setup and defect triage Assist with load, performance, penetration, and accessibility (WCAG) testingDeliverables Test Cases and Plans: Stored in Excel or DevOps, aligned to traceable requirements System Test Reports: Documenting execution results, defect logs, and outcomes Defect Logs: Accurate updates with resolution evidence Environment Checks: Validation of test environment readiness per sprint Status Reports: Progress updates, issues, and risks Demo Support: Functionality ready for sprint reviews and showcases UAT Support Pack: Environment setup, defect triage, and test validation Performance & Compliance Artifacts: Evidence of performance, WCAG, and penetration testing Data Migration Test Report: Validation of migrated data for acceptance Training Environment Support: Prepared environments and validated scenarios.EssentialRequired Experience & Skills Minimum five years’ experience as a Senior Test Analyst testing complex, integrated systems Experience working in the government sector Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Power Platform and databases Proven collaboration skills across cross-functional and cross-cultural teamsWho are we?
