The Cyber Threat Management team at Nordea is looking for an experienced professional to help drive our threat intelligence capability forward. As part of Nordea’s Cyber Defence Centre, we are a trusted unit dedicated to protecting the bank by leveraging our expertise and collaborating externally to combat threats. Our extensive technical knowledge, combined with specialized competencies in Investigations and Intelligence, makes us a valuable partner both within and beyond the organization.Our threat intelligence capability spans across the bank, working closely with key stakeholders to provide high-quality intelligence and insights that support security initiatives.Main Responsibilities In This RoleMonitor and report on Nordea’s evolving threat landscape using internal & external data sourcesIdentify and manage new & existing information sources Serve as an SME in tactical and operational intelligence analysis and casework Support the development of Nordea’s Threat Intelligence capabilities, including the enhancement of our threat intelligence platformContribute to research, development, and training initiativesAs part of a team spread across the Nordics, you will work alongside highly skilled professionals with diverse technical expertise.Who You AreThis is the right role for you if you:Have a strong sense of ethics, objectivity and integrity Possess a research-oriented mindset and a keen analytical eye Are self-motivated yet thrive in collaborative team environments Adapt well to a fast-paced, priority-driven environment Are eager to learn, experiment and share new ideasYour Background And Skills IncludeAt least 3 years of professional experience in intelligence, with cyber domain experience as a plusFamiliarity with threat intelligence analytical frameworks, intelligence cycles, methodologies, and processes Experience developing and producing intelligence reports, both technical and non-technical, using analytical frameworks and methodologies A track record of establishing and maintaining professional networks within relevant peer organizations Knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence, including frameworks and models such as MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, and industry-standard threat modelling A broad understanding of IT and IT security is advantageousIt would be ideal if you also are fluent in one or more of the Nordic languages.What We OfferCollaboration.
