Our mission is to make a positive impact on the industry by driving change and continuous improvement.The Senior Validator is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the validation team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with Avanto’s standards and procedures. This role serves as a key support function to the Validation and Monitoring Team Lead, facilitating communication, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring consistent process execution. The Senior Validator acts as a bridge between the validators and leadership to maintain productivity, resolve issues, and promote continuous improvement across validation operations.Key Responsibilities:Assign and monitor daily workloads for the validation team, ensuring timely task completion.Provide assistance and technical support to validators facing process or system issues.Identify and report issues related to GlobalCapture to the team lead.Participate in the training and onboarding of new hires, ensuring knowledge of updated guidelines and procedures.Conduct validations as needed to maintain workflow balance and team productivity.Review work output and provide constructive feedback to team members regarding accuracy and process adherence.Escalate process challenges or recurring issues to the team lead for resolution.Identify and correct document-splitting errors and ensure data integrity.Communicate updates on new policies, process changes, and quality expectations to the team.Maintain open, consistent communication with the team lead and other departments to ensure alignment.Oversee validators’ overall performance to ensure quality and timeliness standards are consistently met.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality control measures.Redirect queries to appropriate stakeholders or departments as necessary.Collaborate with leadership to meet project deadlines and improve operational efficiency.Skills Required:· Strong organizational and time-management skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data validation tools.· Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve technical or process-related issues.· Ability to remain calm, respectful, and solution-oriented in challenging or unexpected situations.· Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality.Experience and QualificationsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in validation or a related data/document processing role within Avanto or a similar organization.Demonstrated understanding of validation processes, including data accuracy, document control, and system workflowsProven experience working with high-volume data environments, maintaining accuracy under pressure.Experience providing peer guidance or informal leadership (e.g., mentoring, training new hires, or assisting with quality checks).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data management tools or workflow platforms.Strong ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend improvements to processes or systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with validators, monitoring, and leadership teams.Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines without compromising quality.🔴Keep in Mind:Please note that this role will be monitored through a software program that tracks productivity and performance.This position requires fluent English, especially the ability to hold conversations with clients and internal teams.If you do not feel comfortable speaking in English or are not confident in your fluency, we kindly ask that you do not apply at this time.Thank you for your understanding.📢 Job Offer💰 Salary: $700 USD monthly🗓️ Schedule: 5 days per week, from 12 PM CT to 10 PM CT📅 Requirement: Sunday work is required, with two days off during the rest of the week.AVANTO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
