We are on a mission to 10X our reach and revenue, and we are seeking a world-class SVP of Sales to lead our next stage of expansion.OverviewWe currently have 95+ sales professionals spanning B2B and B2C teams, fueled by ~3,000 inbound leads per day. Our goal: double the size of the sales organization and double revenues within the next 24–36 months.We are looking for a proven builder — a leader who has successfully scaled a sales organization from ~100 to 250+ while installing world-class systems, training programs, and operational rigor. This is a career-defining role for someone obsessed with sales excellence, data-driven decision making, and developing high-performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipOwn revenue strategy and execution across B2B and B2C sales channels.Partner closely with marketing to optimize lead flow, lead scoring, and conversion economics.Translate company growth goals into clear sales strategies, KPIs, and operational execution.Scaling & Organizational GrowthLead expansion of the sales org from 95 to 250+ professionals, including frontline managers and directors.Build org design, territory coverage models, and incentive structures aligned with growth.Ensure culture scales with size — instilling accountability, performance, and 10X standards.Sales Operations & Data MasteryOversee sales ops, CRM, and data infrastructure to drive transparency, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health.Build a data-driven sales culture that uses metrics to drive coaching, accountability, and optimization.Establish dashboards and reporting that connect marketing spend, lead flow, and sales conversion.Training & DevelopmentDesign and deploy world-class training and learning development programs across onboarding, continuous learning, and leadership development.Build certification programs, playbooks, and repeatable systems to accelerate ramp time and boost productivity.Drive consistency and scalability of messaging, process, and best practices.Process & Conversion OptimizationAudit and refine every stage of the funnel — from lead handoff to close — to maximize yield per lead.Partner with marketing on campaign economics, attribution, and ROI analysis.Continuously improve call effectiveness, sales cycle times, and conversion percentages.Ideal Candidate ProfileProven track record scaling a sales org from ~100 to 250+ while doubling revenue.Master of Sales Ops & Data — deep experience with CRM, forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance dashboards.Training & Development expert — has built scalable onboarding, coaching, and leadership development systems.Strong B2B + B2C sales experience, ideally in high-volume lead environments (thousands per day).Demonstrated success interfacing with marketing to optimize demand gen, lead scoring, and ROI.Deep understanding of the economics of lead generation and conversion.Process-driven operator who can install systems and playbooks without losing entrepreneurial speed.Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills — able to inspire and manage a 250-person+ team.Why Join Us?Scale one of the most recognized sales organizations in the world.Lead in a high-growth environment with massive inbound lead flow (~3,000/day).Opportunity to directly impact revenue growth from $140M → $250M+.Work directly with Grant Cardone and a leadership team obsessed with 10X growth.Competitive executive compensation package + performance incentives.
