As part of the Global Compliance team, your responsibilities will include:Leading investigations into a variety of compliance topics. Manage Swift’s whistleblowing portal, databases and related operations. Interviewing witnesses and researching reports of alleged wrongdoing. Engaging with external advisors and stakeholders across Swift. Managing and evolving Swift’s whistleblowing & investigation policies and processes in line with best practice and industry standards. Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations and best practices relevant to Swift. Gain in-depth understanding of Swift’s internal policies and code of conduct. Drafting investigation reports. Recommend actions and mitigations to management. Raising awareness for whistleblowing and ethical business standards. Reporting on whistleblowing metrics and investigation outcomes.
