This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe.RoleWe are looking for an experienced Legal M&A Counsel to join our SaaS Legal team. You will lead the legal stream for our M&A transactions across Europe together with the SaaS General Counsel. You will work closely with the SaaS General Counsel and collaborate with colleagues in M&A, PMI, tax, and finance on a daily basis.
