The Senior Proposals Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals, coordinating with various internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. The role also involves supporting the sales team to meet proposal requirements and collaborating with procurement specialists on proposal-related efforts. The candidate will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.QualificationsProven experience in Proposal Preparation and Proposal WritingSkills in Sales and understanding sales-related processesFamiliarity with Procurement processes and practicesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture Engineering is a mustExperience in the engineering consulting industry is a must
