Responsibilities / FunctionsProviding an exceptional guest service experience to all guests Serve & run food and beverage to the clients tables and areaYou are responsible to provide food and beverage service according to Nikki Beach brand standards, guidelines, and proceduresService is to be presented in a fun, friendly and professional mannerStaying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experienceEnsure maximum guest satisfactionProviding a warm welcome and a gracious farewellFollow all opening, daily and closing dutiesAble to provide all food & beverage mise-en-place dutiesAnticipating guests' needs and responding urgently and appropriately to guests concerns and requestsAssessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendationsSet up a restaurant according to the daily layout and restaurant standards defined by the brandCompleting assigned duties prior to serviceTaking and serving food and beverage orders and artfully describing menu itemsChecking and clearing waiters’ stations during and after serviceIf required, assist in bringing food from the kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timelinessHandling all guest complaints in a professional manner and contacting your manager when necessaryClear operating equipment to designated wash-up and storage areasClear and reset tables according to service operating procedures and standardsReport any damages or losses to the managerFollow closing cash out proceduresMaintaining a good teamwork relationship with colleaguesArriving to work punctually, wearing a clean and correct uniform and maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygieneMust attend and participate in staff training and daily lineup meetingsFollow and enforce all the SOP’s and mandates as they have been trained and instructed.
