What You'll DoMonitor power and environmental conditions across all critical spacesPerform maintenance using our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Respond to incidents, support MOP/EOP execution, and ensure real-time communicationEscort and oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and process standardsSupport commissioning, construction, and infrastructure upgrade projectsConduct site rounds, report findings, and contribute to continuous improvementsFollow all safety regulations and internal change control protocolsAssist in planning, documentation, and SOP development for site operationsWhat You'll BringPrior experience in a critical environment (data centers, hospitals, utilities, etc.

)Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and operationsExcellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to shifting prioritiesProven reliability, accuracy, and ownership in high-stakes environmentsFamiliarity with CMMS systems and incident response protocols is a plus
