Job Description

Duties & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and prepare accurate job cards.Coordinate with insurance assessors for estimates and approvals.Liaise with Body & Paint and Spare Parts teams to ensure smooth workflow.Advise customers on repairs, timelines, and related services.Work with Finance on claim settlements and payments.Provide regular repair updates and ensure timely job completion.Conduct post-repair follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Experience• 3 to 4 years overall experience in an automobile dealership or a reputed multi-brand workshop out of which a minimum of 2 years should be as a Service Advisor.• A degree/ diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering would be preferred.• Good communication skills & customer oriented.• Should possess a valid driving license.• Progressive & Positive attitude.
