The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience. Responsible for receiving vehicles, understanding customer concerns, preparing repair orders, coordinating with technicians, and providing accurate cost estimates and timelines. Maintains clear communication with customers throughout the repair process and ensures all work meets quality and safety standards, while promoting additional services that enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.Job RequirementsCandidate is ideally a mechanical engineer. At a minimum, he should have at least a diploma in automotive course or equivalent.Past experience as a repairman is desirableAbility to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgement and discretionPossess good communication skills, good leadership skills, good time management and knowledgeable in customer care procedures.Strong analytical and planning skills.Good communication and presentation skills.Excellent problem-solving skills
