Office locations can be found ON THIS MAPAbout The RoleWe’re recruiting Service Assessor Support roles here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative Service Standards Team .Service Assessor Support professionals help the Service Assessor evaluate the quality and value of digital services, ensuring alignment with Government and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) standards throughout the service lifecycle. They work alongside the lead service assessors to assess digital services against the service standard.To help picture your life at MoJ Justice Digital please take a look at our blog and our Digital and Technology strategy 2025Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop in-depth knowledge of Service Standard Assessments and become a subject matter expert. Have a good understanding of the service lifecycle, being able to work with delivery teams in any phase of service delivery.Working with the Service Assessor you will help support Digital Delivery teams and understand their problem space to achieve departmental goals.Organise and maintain assessment documentation, document assessment evidence and help draft reports.Coordinate meetings related to service assessments, contribute to discussions and attend meetings on behalf of the Service Assessor when required.Organise and maintain records of assessment activity and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders.Help ensure that services meet quality standards by reviewing evidence and providing feedback.Monitor progress and escalate issues as needed, reporting on service delivery phases and support with drafting final reports.Raise the awareness of how the standard should be applied during digital delivery.Engaging and communicating effectively with all colleagues and stakeholders, including business areas, external stakeholders, across cross-functional teams, and Ministry of Justice (MoJ) teams. Interacting with cross-government service activity and being actively engaged in the MoJ Service Community.Engaging in self-development and the development of others.
